Depending on what frame is ordered, most are sent in small packages which fit through the letter box. Designer frames, however, will be too big to fit as they often include extra packaging or larger cases from the designer.
If you are not available to receive the package, your package may be delivered to a neighbour or it may be left at your local sorting office - in these cases, you will be left an attempted delivery/something for you card.
