Product & Delivery Timescales

Production is normally completed within 7-10 working days for single vision products, however, complex prescriptions, multifocals, tints and orders for non-stocked frames can take longer. Please see our Production & Shipping Information page for further timescale information including any information on any noted delays.

Our normal response time to emails is usually within 3 business days (Monday to Friday), however, we do ask for patience if it takes a little longer than normal for a member of our customer services team to get back to you.
