To avoid any possible delays in the mailing system, we currently recommend choosing a Tracked Delivery method (i.e., Tracked 24/48, Special Delivery, International Tracked & Signed).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email from us.
If you originally selected a trackable delivery method, the email will include your tracking number and the link to track your order on the postal services website. If you choose our standard free delivery, this will be an untracked service.

* DPD Tracking - orders sent using DPD can be tracked online. You will have the option to change the delivery details after dispatch. If you submit your mobile number on your order, DPD will send you an SMS text update with the location of your parcel once out for delivery.
