Orders can be placed on HOLD or not yet been processed due to these reasons:
- The frame is out of stock (Backorder) - we await your confirmation as to how you wish to proceed: to choose another item or to cancel it
- The frame is no longer available (Discontinued) - we await your confirmation as to how you wish to proceed: to choose another item or to cancel it
- Question about your prescription - we await your reply regarding your prescription
- Pupillary Distance (PD) needs to be confirmed - please confirm your PD
- Awaiting your glasses sent for PD check
- Awaiting your frames for reglazing
- Awaiting payment
Your order will be kept on HOLD until the relevant information is confirmed with you. Please advise us as soon as possible - this will prevent further order delays.
