If you think there is a problem with your order and your item may be damaged, defective, not as expected, or has missing parts, please contact us immediately providing the following information:


  1. Your order number
  2. If you're having vision problems - please attach a copy of your prescription from your opticians. Also please advise how you obtained your PD (Pupillary Distance) value
  3. If your new glasses has arrived but it is damaged or defective - please attach a photo illustrating the fault


Our team will establish the best resolution for you. If a return is required we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form.
