To avoid any possible delays in the mailing system, we currently recommend choosing a Tracked Delivery method (i.e., Tracked 24/48, Special Delivery, International Tracked & Signed).
International Delivery Delays - Royal Mail have advised us that there is a delay of approximately 4 weeks with delivery to Brazil, Canada, Japan, South Africa & South Korea.
The majority of orders to the UK arrive within 10 working days from the date of dispatch (allow longer for International addresses), but it's not uncommon for an order to take longer - as a result, we kindly ask to allow up to 20 working days for an order to be delivered from the date of dispatch.
We expect all dispatched orders to be delivered within our delivery estimates (see here), and we regularly test these to ensure they remain suitable for each destination country. Some items are occasionally delayed within the local mailing system, but this is unfortunately outside our control.
If your parcel has not arrived when you expected, you should:
- Check if someone else at your address has accepted your parcel.
- Check with a neighbour or in a safe place like a porch or garage, as your parcel may be there.
- Check for attempted delivery notifications. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your letter box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or to arrange collection of the parcel.
- Check at your local post office, as they may be holding this parcel for you, or they may have additional information about the parcel's location.
If your item does not arrive within the timescales specified, please let us know by contacting us quoting your order number; we can then investigate this further for you.
We regret that we cannot act before this time because the vast majority of packages will be delivered or returned to us as undeliverable within this time.
